Acrostic Technique
An acrostic is an invented sentence or poem with a first letter cue:The first letter of each word is a cue to an idea you need to remember. Example 1 Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally Sequence in solving or evaluating math equations Parenthesis Exponents Multiplication Division Addition Subtraction Example 2 the planets in the order from the sun correspond to the first letter of each word in the sentence “ my very educated mother just sent us nine pizzas .” Below are several more examples.
